- Close your eyes and continue the sorting process of what comes into your mind, the pictures you see or the words you "hear", but today, ask for the answer to the question you asked on Day Three, when you ask that question again, write on the paper, the answer that comes into your mind.
- As thoughts come in, again say to yourself, "I will keep only that which makes me feel absolutely superlative and happy!"
- If thoughts come in that are not yours, you will recognize them because the feeling that is on these words or pictures do not feel good. Only the most elegant, the most wondrous and the most comforting provisions are yours. And you say to yourself, "Self, Take that which is not good out, that is not mine. I only want what is the most superlative."
- When the timer goes off, stop for the day, but remember the most comforting, wondrous and elegant services that came into your mind. As you go through your day, remember what you learned in these four minutes. When you are asked "how are you", tell them you are "elegant (comforting or wondrous)", because golden people are all of these beautiful things and therefore you are too (today and always).
- Now, set your timer for four minutes and proceed with the above, until the timer goes off, then remember you are happy, because you have happy thoughts.
