Day Two:
- This is your time to be alone or with another golden person in a quiet place.
- Read the instructions below, then set your timer for two minutes.
- Close your eyes. Again, this is a sorting process of what comes into and goes through your mind.
- As the thoughts come in, say to yourself, "I will keep only the thinking that is softly warm, absolutely comforting, delightful and worthy, only what truly make me feel good!"
- If thoughts come into your mind that are not delightful, worthwhile or comforting, say to yourself, "Take that out, that is not mine. I can only accept what is worthwhile, comforting or delightful." If it feels good, keep it, if not "take it out".
- Now, set the timer and proceed with what you read above.
- When the timer goes off, stop for the day, but remember the beautiful thinking that came into your mind.
