- Close your eyes and continue the sorting process of the thoughts (provisions that come into your mind), pictures or words that go through your mind. Today, ask a question and say you would like the answer on Day Four at the time you will be doing your daily golden silence. (Write your question on a piece of paper, so you have it on Day Four.)
- If thoughts come in that are not the most beautiful, the most delightful or the most wonderful, say to yourself, "Self, Take that out, that is not mine. I only want what is the very best."
- When the timer goes off, stop for the day, but remember the most beautiful, the most delightful, and the most wonderful thoughts that came into your mind. Think on these things. When someone asks you "how are you", tell them "Beautiful", because golden people walk in beauty, therefore, today, you are most beautiful.
- Now, set your timer and proceed with the above instructions until the timer goes off. Remember you are absolutely delightful.
