Golden Mind Enhancement |
Day One:
- Be alone or with another golden person in a quiet place.
- Read the instructions below, then set your timer for one minute.
- Close your eyes. This is a sorting process of what goes through your mind.
- Look at the thoughts that come in. Say to yourself, "I will keep only that which is wonderful and beautiful, and what makes me feel truly good!"
- If other thoughts, pictures or feelings come into your mind that are not beautiful or do not feel good, say to yourself, "Take that out, that is not mine. I only want what is good."
- When the timer goes off, stop for the day, but remember the beautiful thinking that came into your mind.
- Remember you are wonderful!
- Now, set your timer for one minute and proceed with the above instructions.
