This is an 18 x 24 oil painting. Please allow a month for completion of the painting, for oils to dry and painting to be preserved. Refer to cost as noted below.
To have the print put on canvas is customer's cost and the painting is done by the hour ($35 per hour at present), using transparent and opaque oils to give life and texture to the painting. It will be framed with an appropriate elegant frame to be discussed and paid for by the customer.
Note:The flag is softened per request, and the boat & the Pepsi Cola truck on the street in background were removed, so things are in better proportion. The children were activated and seagulls were added for additional interest and reality.
